Eating Out Tip Card:

  • Look for the words "baked, braised, broiled, grilled, poached, roasted or steamed."
  • Avoid words like "friend, buttered, crispy, or breaded."
  • Split dessert among the whole table.
  • Get half your meal wrapped up to go before beginning to eat.
  • Ask for dressing and sauces on the side.
